I dont feel hungry, I don't want to eat anything. When eat I vomit. What is my problem. Guide me what I can do

Im taking Isotretinon course for acne from last 6 months prescribed. today i took LFT KFT. In KFT test there is everything in range but in LFT my AST:ALT Ratio = 1.04 AST=25, IFCC Without P5P ALT=24, IFCC Without P5P Is this sign of worry? My course will end after 2 months, should i continue or drop it. Thanks in advance doctor.

I was infected with hpylori and have taken medicine for 7 days and was tested positive again (Endoscopy was done post medication). My gastro doctor prescribed below medicines for the next 10 days. Just scared of taking such high dose antibiotics. Is this advisable? 1. Clarithromycin 500mg daily 2 times per day 2. Augmentin 1g daily 2 times per day 3. Metrogyl 400 daily 2 times per day 4. Pantosen - DSR daily 2 times before food per day

I had covid like symptoms 25 days ago , i was prescribed Azithromycin & doxycycline . I took it for 10 days now even after stopping the medication for 15 days still I have burning in stomach when I eat something , I used to drink a lot tea but now I don't want to drink bcz it affects my liver area , I feel heavyness in stomach & chest discomfort , there is a constant burning sensation around my liver area , when I drink water then too feel discomfort . Symptoms are more evident in empty stomach or with spicy food .
