I have constipation and fissure problem from last 12 months should I take corona vaccine?? Please reply

Im having chronic constipation for past 3 months. Have tried eating high fibre diet and liquied intake but didn't help. There is no blood in stool. All blood reports are normal. I want to know what all diagnostic tests can i undertake to help see the real issue. Is colon xray better or should i go for colonoscopy?

He meet with accident last june 2020, took antibiotics, paint killer after surgery for 3 mnths, now from past 3months he is feeling burning near chest daily, taking mentioned medication he feels better on medicine but if he stops again repeats, as he is feeling anxiety and stress he took psychiatrist suggestions and taking medicine as mentioned they are also troubling him with same problem, I don't understand what was the exact reason for burning day and night near chest part, anyone please suggest, he is avoiding all the spicy food, masala, tamarind, citrus food etc even though same problem he is having severe neck pain daily, feeling sleepless(not feeling sleep even at nights) exact prob is 1. Lack of sleep days together 2. Neck pain 3. Burning sensation near chest 4. During burning he is Feeling anxiety, stress, anger Please suggest what to do

Hello Doctor's, Namaste! I'm experiencing a come and go like pain sometimes in stomach and sometimes in upper back or lower back, sometimes together. I observed this specially while sitting and yesterday I felt more pain while sleeping and morning before I wake up today. Again I did not find after that, again I found in evening after performing yoga. I can sense a little pain also while burping. I'm unable to figure out exactly what's happening? I don't have any fever, weakness or any other symptoms apart from that pain. I would be grateful to you if you can please suggest me with next step and precautions. Thanks in advance 🙏🏼

I am having too much gas,fullness and loose stool. It started two days back. I'm also having a bad taste in the back of my mouth. I can smell food but can't taste it properly

During this pandemic, it was advised to take zinc supplement, vitamin c and vitamin d for better protection against covid. Query is how long zincovit tablet (make: apex pharma) can be taken safely at one stretch on once daily basis. And after that how long gap to be given to resume the same dose of once daily.

My age is 24, obese and fatty liver. Last SGOT, SGPT- 50,55. I have recently observing, increased flatulence frequency(5-6 times) after 10-15 mins of any meal. This may be a coincidence, but it started after I stopped Nusam 400 OD and Ursocol 300 OD and switched to Saroglitazar 4mg. Does increased flatulence frequency has any relation to stopping these medications or NAFLD/NASH disease progression/symptoms? This increased flatulence is quite uncomfortable and irritating. I have been daily taking 1 Glass buttermilk. Kindly guide further.

I have mild lower  stomach pain both side Since last 5 days  ,also having moth ulcer from last 10 days . visited doctor for the same .Now I am taking following medication Rekool D,tinidazole and sorbitol syrup from last 5 days but have very little improvement. Kindly suggest should I wait and continue current treatment or Consult again
