Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have h pylori infection since 1 year. I have taken antibiotics 3 to 4 times. After taking them I feel better for 1 month and then again infection occurs. I feel heat in my upper abdomen,my arms and legs, constant acid reflux. After waking up my chest becomes tight and my upper abdomen sticks,it also becomes tender to touch. I have taken Pantocid for 5 days and now takin mucaine gel mint which helps temporarily. I don't have fever on thermometer but I feel malaise and feverish. Doctor keeps giving me antibiotics but it is not helping. Also due to corona I can't go anywhere to get endoscopy. Is there any doctor who can completely heal this problem? I have also taken help from Ayurvedic doctor but even he could help my situation. I need a good doctor who can successfully treat my condition, I don't need someone telling me to go for endoscopy etc because I can't go outside. I can however do blood tests. I have stopped eating anything spicy as it irritates me.

I am suffering to gestro issue.when I am eating this things are not doing digust in stomach. Like a vomiting and all.

Having 3 or more semi liquid bowel movements in a day. Feel weak and exhausted. This problem is since from 6 months. Kindly advice.

Sir my weight is 49.5 and I am 19 years old . My height 5.3 . I want to gain weight but I am not able to eat so much of food , no digestion problem but , appetite problem is there  sir . Plz tell me the solution  to improve the capacity to eat more food.

I got my LFT done and my ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE level is at 148 and ALANINE AMINOTRANSFERASE (ALT/SGPT) is 57 ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE is 148 LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE is  205 All of them are higher than they should be what should I do
