Hi Doctor, My mother has diabetes for 25 years. She used to go for walking. Because of lockdown, she can't go for regular walk for last 1.5 years Last 3 months, she has some stomach related problems. She has small swelling in many parts of stomach and legs. Attaching her recent report. Last two months, she can't sleep properly and eat properly. Please advice

Hello, I'm 32years old male suffering from GERD from last 1 year. I'm taking Rabium DSR(which is combination of 20mg rabeprazole & 30mg domperidone) twice a day from last 1 year. Recently got to know there are adverse side affect of domperidone also there are Widthdrawal symptoms of domperidone which is drastic. Shall I taper domperidone or stop it? An will there is any Widthdrawal symptoms? My dose is 30mg+30mg a day of domperidone consecutive from last 1 year Also I Have GERD which is not completely resolve shall I switch to plan rabeprazole 20mg  Please help??

Doctor when I woke up in the morning and after going to stool,stomach ache is begin and after eating breakfast,again stomach ache is begin and I have go to stool and this process is continue 6,7 times in a day and every times I feel that I have to go for stool and remains everytime in my stomach What can I do?

I have had Gerd last month very acidity and the middle of my chest was very tight , i had reekool and other Proton Pump inhibitors for a month and i was able to eat properly , but now my diet is almost zero , i am not eating feel like not able to swallow , tho i can drink and eat many thinks except rotis I have very bad anxiety also and now i have a fear is it oesophagus cancer ... i am scared ... my chest xray and whole abdomen ultrasound is Ok what should i do... please help

I lost 5Kg weight and I am working on to loose more, will it resolve my fatty liver issue, my previous SGPT was 140 so do I need medication or loosing weight will help it.
