Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 24 and obese and suffering from NASH/NAFLD. I and my Gastroenterologist probably missed this Iron Overload/Hemochromatosis occuring due to NASH/NAFLD. My Iron Serum and Transferrin Saturation% are: Iron Serum: 133, 147. % Transferrin Saturation: 42.6, 46.13. I read an article by Dr Kris V Kowdley, that values>40% are too high and indicates Iron Overload in Liver and other parts(Attached Images). My family members also have it <35% with same diet and nutrition. Moreover, I always has abnormal CBC with Anisocytosis, High Microcytic RBC ans Hypochromia with Normal HGB. Neither Iron/B12 deficiency can explain my CBC and its rightly " Hypochromic Microcytic Anemia with Iron Overload" which impairs Normal transport of Iron. Now what to do and start Chelating Agents?

I have taken Liver Function Test. All are under normal. But Albumin/Globulin(A/G) Ratio is 2.6. But normal seems to be (0.8 - 2.0). I am getting slight pain in right side of abdomen. I am suffering from this pain from last 2 years and mostly on and off. Sometimes I dont get this pain for 2 to 3 weeks. General Physician has asked to undergo CT scan as well. It looks normal. But he didn't consider A/G ratio. He said this could be because of IBS and gave Procraft24 and Muslcarn. After taking these medicines,  I dint get stomach pain for few weeks. However, I have infected with Mild Covid and recovered recently (3 weeks).Post covid, I am again getting this pain. What should I do. This is the third week that I am suffering from pain.

Mom had fever 13 days back only for 2 hrs. After that for almost 2 weeks no fever. Saturation is always 97-98. But last 2 days she is having dysentery. Today rtcpr confirmed positive. What could be reason getting dysentery after 13 days of fever

I m unable to potti from years i use laxyalo tablet from haslabs for constipation and it started from acidity due to tobacco and i used rebozen dsr from years then constipation started now unable to do potti without laxatives what is treatment now
