I had a problem of digestion and gastric acid I don't know why this is happening I don't eat stuffed food

I have constipation and I am taking isabgol powder for it from last 4 days but my stool is not softening at first for 4-5 cm after that it is soft. I am taking 10 gm of it in the night with warm water. Should I increase the quantity to soften the stool more? And For how long should I take isabgol powder for constipation?

Dr. My father usg reports shown left kidney 6.8mm stone, fatty liver grade2, n enlarged prostate with 210ml urine. Dr. Prescribed urimax 0.4 n librax 5/2.5mg, udision 300. Bt now main problem my father upper abdomen swelling n constipation. Pls help me dr. With some medicine Pls help mee? Why my father stomach get swelling?

I have been having these symptoms from past one month there is inflammation in my stomach some cough like sensation remains all day and it worsens at night rarely not frequently there are some homeopathic syrup that give me relax from the headache of gas but after certain time it counters and very effectively and the cough if I walk fast or run its sensation increases sometimes it feels like it is blocking something in the oesophagus. Please give some suggestions it is triggering me very bad.
