I recently underwent LFT test it showed ALB.GLB score /ratio as 1.04. my serum albumin is 4.4 while serum globulin is4.2. seru. Globlin is a bit increased from the normal range which is 1.8-3.6. is there anything to worry?also my esr showed 35 which is a bit higher..I have no health problems as such but I do have a bit of gastritis prob. Underwent endoscopy in 2018 nothing was found.

You might have had some viral infection..possibly around the time when u got ur tests done. Thats why globulins were slightly higher than the range. Thats immaterial if u not having any health issue. ESR may be high due to several reasons ....even if ur Hemoglobin is on lower side...then also ESR will be higher....so again I would say it all depends upon ur proper history....if no problem at all...then just relax n stop worrying.
