Yes your doctor is not wrong in saying that it's IBS...but possibility of Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is also there.... although stress/anxiety/depression are few of the factors causing it....but Your treatment needs to be modified. Stop Tab Panum L ....take simple Pantocid in place of that. And rest you should consult.
