Loss of appetite from 10-15 days, sometimes feel little pain in stomach, weakness n feels vomiting when trying to have food.

Hello sir, i am facing a problem which lower back pain. after so many research and experiment i believe that my lower back pain cause by gas...i found a article on internet which says that gas stuck in back cause lower back pain... about pain...it comes often not regular...when it happen it feel like something is biting on my lower back...and eventually it goes and also it comes back again... i have also a high gastric problem...my digestion is very slow...i have loss weight. everything i eat turn to gas... so i would like to sure from you that what causing my lower back pain and what are its cure ?

I experience yellow vomit every morning while I brush. No food is in it, but it's very bitter and yellow. What does this mean? What should I do?

I had started taking vitamin c 500 mg 3 times in a day as i was taking care of covid patient(family member) & stopped after 26 days once he got negative. Sometimes later i am started feeling pain in my upper left abdomen so consulted with doctor & he suggested Naxpro IT along with sukral O gel twice. I am keep taking the medicine from last 6 days but i missed today's morning dose so was feeling bit pain in the evening. Shall i continue the medicine or consult with doctor again? Attaching USG report which was part of health check in march & taking bylipsa 4 mg for fatty liver.

My shoot shot and bilirubin is little high.my usg report attached . Impression Hepatomegaly and No other remarkable findings.what i do.

Hello doctor,this is a bit embarrassing question but i am doing a lot more farts in a day then i used to.i Am facing this issue from when i have come to my hometown.i dont see any other problem related to digestion.can u help me sir
