Stomach Problems & Remedies

Had covid almost 25-30 days back. All symptoms are gone now. Felt better the  whole last two weeks. However, currently since yesterday facing weakness and Acidity a lot. Kindly suggest remedies and medicine.

If Amylase level is 130 and lipase level is normal. What does it mean. Which test is more accurate wrt Pancreas.

I am facing Upper stomach pain after eating everytime since 3 days and makes me feel full after eating 2-3 spoons. I get this pain throughout day after i eat anything even after drinking tea. Is this related to liver infection?

I am having a gas issue because of sometimes i feel that i am unable to breath properly but when i check my sp02 its always between 95 to 99 sometimes it shows 94 and 93 for a second and pulse shows sometimes 110 but most of the cases its below 100. And when i am lying on my bed sometimes my pulse shows 42 .what should i do is it normal or there any problem with me.

I have been getting loose motions (watery bright yellow stools) since four days now. My left side of the abdomen is also paining throughout. The pain increases during movements but is persistent. I have taken two 02 tablets but they don't seem to work. Please help! 🙏

Whenever I do gym and weightlifting then Sweet pain right side and upper right side of belly button extend straight right. And I feel some heaviness in right feet(below side).
