I m having loss of appetite because of covid 19,my quarantine period got over, but still I m not regained my appetite, I want to know the reason

I have a problem of high gas from 2 year. There is headache, trapped gas on left upper stomach, light pain in left upper stomach. Different type of antacid medicine not work. Dabar Pudinhara give some relief from this. Can any body suggest what is this problem any doctor not find that till now.

My father is not able to pass much stool since 4 days. He is also having little ache below diapharm. He is taking laxative but still stool amount is very less. What should be done?

I have hard tools always since many years. I don't pressurise tho but sit for a long time of 30-45 mins which has not led to any problems tho all this while. I have rectal bleeding seen in stools. It was seen mildly couple of times in last 2 months. From past 3 days it is observed everyday in stool. There is no pain. I observed this first time when I did deep cleaning. And again 3 days back just a mild touch not too deep led to this. What should I do in this case? Please suggest.

Chest pain is like a weight kept on and the throat is paining at one side, chest pain intensity hig when doing heavy work, pain is continuous from 3 to 4 days Sir/madam, i don't know it is acid reflux or chest related

Does Nusam 200mg can cause insomnia. Any other effect of Nusam. I am taking Nusam 200 1-0-1 due to fatty liver.

My mother aged 49 years is having Very GGT from from last 8 months. Serial Values: GGT-112, 98. ALP-165, 134. SGOT-33, SGPT-39. Low BUN-5.46. Also Obese, Dyslipidemia, Pre Diabetes. Gas Issues, Constipation. Is this Cholestasis/NAFLD/PBC? Shall we do USG/MRCP or any other Diagnosis test? Please also advise treatment and lifestyle changes.
