Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have contipation for 4 yrs but still have not releive.... My stool is always soft I don't have feeling for complete evacuation...no laxatives work in my case

I experience acidity problem and feel like gas is trapped inside my stomach which doesn't comes out easily . One day my chest was burning, somedays my abdomen cramps and feels tight, some days the back of my throat feels lumpy. Symptoms differ every other day . Somedays my stomach feels full and tight after waking up in the morning. I burpe throughout the day , somedays I feel very weak after emptying my stomach. Potty happens almost every day.. maybe weekly one day I miss it . I always feel the urge to pass gas either from above or below. Because of current covid situation I am unable to go out and consult a doctor. Please help

My mother was feeling sick, loss of appetite and pain in stomach,heavyness near upper abdomen. from last week, so have done few test for her, she diagnosed with enlarged liver , enlarged spleen, 2-3 RT nephrolithiasis (9.3 mm) Please check reports i attached

Iam getting pain in left side of stomach from past 10 days very mild pain exist now, iam feeling mild pain when I sit and more pain when i sleep (not feeling comfort), all digestion, urine, are happening normally, only pain is there now for me, I don't know what to do , doctor please give me any suggestions on this. Hi, I m having serious gastric and headache issue since 4 years, not consulted any doctor yet, but just taking medicines like Brufen 400, Famtac 40, but not helped so much. Hence kindly advise me so that I can get rid out of this pain.

He often complaints of food coming back to throat. I gave junior lanzol tablet and sucrafil o gel for a week. But the symptoms haven't settled yet.

Since two weeks, I've an irritated throat whenever i wake up in the morning. This gets better as the day progresses. I have reduced intake of food and also do not sleep as soon as I eat. Other symptoms Choked nose Eustachian tube block Waxy ear I can swallow food and water without pain I have no hoarseness of voice I don't feel any acid taste or food regurgitating I feel some irritation only when swallowing saliva. Current medications are only multi vitamins. I've recently had a course of cefuroxime, doxycycline with proton pump inhibitors and aspirin. I'm confused as to if this is Gerd, silent reflux or post nasal drip Please help.

3 years back I have diagnosed with anemia In which there was a deficiency of vitamin b12 d3 and vitamin d . I was recovered from that Recently, I am having symptoms like knee, legs pain, weakness, feeling constipated and tightness and sometimes feels gas near chest portion . Needs your recommendation
