Patient age 30 years having continue hiccuf since last 6 hours. Take medicine bt no benefit satisfactory.which drug we should use

I have ibd for last 7 years what medicine should be taken for fever which is last from one day and cold

Hi respected doctors here, my age 29 , wt. 73 kg (bmi 23)  Lean boy with height 5.9". Whenever I have food (4roti n subji) or drink full water like 2 glasses.Immeditely after finishing meal,I fill uneasiness and discomfort all over the body. I can feel my heartbeat sensations allover the body specially more on my stomach. After 1-2 hours everything become normal. No symptom of nausea, vomit , indigestion,diarrhoea ,heart burn. Rest of time or empty stomach everything reamins normally I do fart many times. I have done Abdomen ultrasound.all parts are normal and no abnormalities found in any of the organs. Blood test,CBC, ESR, Urine test(Bun creatinine), Stool routine test , LFT, Lipase, Serum analysis everything have normal values. It is happening for  last 1.5 yrs.I am not able to find the exact reason or solutions. Can it be due to acid reflux or gastric issues. Pls suggest any advice.I have all reports with me. From 3 days feeling motion hard and unable to push out I started taking dulcoflex 5mg tablets 2 days even though motion didn't came. Now pharmacist gave dulcoflex suppository 10mg. I had hemorrhoids and fisure. Please tell me can I use this medicine.

Hi , My uncle got lot of vomiting and also the loose motion on Friday (21st night). On Saturday morning we went to doctor and he prescribed medication for vomiting and loose motion , vomiting stopped on Saturday , but late evening he developed slight fever . It used to be there only for short time and then goes off and comes back next evening. Took dolo 650. Again we went for doctor next day and he suspects covid and asked to get the blood test CBC, CRP,D DAIMER,LFT . Expecting the results by today afternoon. He dose not have any symptoms of either cough or cold . Is right way on diagnosis?

Hello My mother is having problem of loose motion after her vaccination of covishield is done. After a week of vaccination, she is experiencing this kind of gastro problem. We had taken medication of : Norven 400 and Loperamide, after taking these tablet comes to relief but next day same problem. Taken the dose of tablets for consecutive 2 days , 2 times in a day. But after 4th day, exeperince the same problem of loose motion. Had taken enterogermina 5ml of 2 bottles in a day, next day gives relief but day after that same problem of loose motion and stomach pain. Loose motion had watery potty. Please suggest how to cure it.
