Stomach Problems & Remedies

Im having constipation since 1year and still I can't feel fresh . I have taken medicines like Smuth L ; vayucid and dulcoflex . These medications worked for 1 week and it started as usual constipated . I eat fibre foods daily . Walk for around 5 km daily in the evening.

There was stone earlier,but now it's not but the pain is same,while urine it itches a lot,whole stomach pain alot.

I've a feeling of heartburn and acid reflux since last one week. It causes severe headache and heaviness around eye socket. Anything that I eat or drink comes out as vomit. Tried treating it with reducing amount of food intake, no spicy food, home-made treatment (black salt, methi, giloy etc.) & tablet also (acilock), but it's not working. Also, I get a sensation of emptiness in my stomach. This condition has happened in past also, but this time it has become very prolonged. Any suggestion on this?

Im having chronic constipation for past 3 months. Have tried eating high fibre diet and liquied intake but didn't help. There is no blood in stool. All blood reports are normal. I want to know what all diagnostic tests can i undertake to help see the real issue. Is colon xray better or should i go for colonoscopy?

He meet with accident last june 2020, took antibiotics, paint killer after surgery for 3 mnths, now from past 3months he is feeling burning near chest daily, taking mentioned medication he feels better on medicine but if he stops again repeats, as he is feeling anxiety and stress he took psychiatrist suggestions and taking medicine as mentioned they are also troubling him with same problem, I don't understand what was the exact reason for burning day and night near chest part, anyone please suggest, he is avoiding all the spicy food, masala, tamarind, citrus food etc even though same problem he is having severe neck pain daily, feeling sleepless(not feeling sleep even at nights) exact prob is 1.
