Hello...I hv completion typhoid medicine course..before 4 days..but after completion...problem of gas to much foam..I didn't fell better due to gas... What to do..hv o consult a physian or a gastrologist

Took remdesivir during covid. I am on 25 th day of my covid. My sgpt is 330 sgot is 110. Report attached. I am non alcoholic and non smoker and I am getting temperature around 99 to 99.3 . Report attached is this jaundice?

Feeling vomiting and not want to eat and when i eat my stomach pain and past dung wht is the problem

I have constipation from a very long time. So many years. So i started taking dulcolax. Now i m completely dependent on this medicine. If i skip taking one day, no motions that day. Help me with this. I dont want to be dependent on the medicine. And my constipation is really severe. What should i do? I am planning for a baby too. So i need to be free from constipation. And i need to quit medicine. But am unable to do so.
