Lemon yellow stool with gas

Baby is 3months passing lot of Loose watery LEMON YELLOW STOOL after every feed with lot of gas. When we checked his stool it showed puscells (E COLI) and mucus but no occult blood. But, his CRP is 0.2 and ESR is 15 Doctor is saying there is no infection as CRP is completely normal. I am attaching his stool with stool routine. Plz guide is this infection or something else bcz he is passing lot of gas too.
