I am suffering from severe intestinal gas (flatulence) and sometimes hard motion. Sometimes I feel I haven't emptied my bowel completely. My doctor suggested Unienzyme tablet. Frequent motions with Mucus & blood

2.5 year baby boy having frequent motions (6-8 times a day) from past 3 days, initially there will be stool & little mucus but as frequency increases only mucus comes & some times with blood particles.
