From three days am suffering for gastric and now am having problem to breathing please give me solutions

Advanced stage HCC.High bilirubin levels.patient presents with distended abdomen,unable to take food, regurgitation,weakness incresing.Can anyone suggest treatment options.

I consulted Gaestronetrologist last day as i have been suffering from Excessive gas and Acid reflux from past 10 days but from today I'm feeling so week after the 4-5 times of loose motions with cough dark yellow in shade, due to this my anxiety is also increasing I'm very tensed please help. My heart beat also fluctuating and I'm feeling sleepy but i cannot sleep also.

I am suffering from chronic kidney disease stage 4 which has been Diagnosed on last April and taking medicines & also in a diet but from the 1st day of taking medicines to till date, I am facing loose motion (like diarrhea) and also feeling uneasiness to take food. Please suggest the cause and what to do.

I was detected typhoid but it has been 18 days now. I am better. But my stomach is not. I am having loose stools and gas. I has been a been since this problem. I followed BRAT diet but no use. I am not having loose motions but when i eat a little more I have an urge to use the restroom. I am very tired. I feel very uneasy at the area above my stomach and below chest. I am not using any medicine. Please guide me.

Does samproz d40 ( dopamine antagonist) cause Ed, If yes how many days does it takes for the withdrawal of side effects after stopping the medicine.

Hello doctors, I has excessive gas and acid reflux for almost 17 days now whenever I eat something I feel very full and sometimes feel nausea and I also feel acid reflux in my throat and its like there is something in my throat and when I eat something it instantly goes away and comes back after few minutes ,as I eat something the acid reflux comes again and also feel burns around chest and I also occasionally get burps and passing gas and also sometimes feels short in breath and its been a long time now plz suggest some relevant medicines and some preventions from happening this again,it will be very helpful. Hello doctor i gets excessive yawnings in between & feels like breathlessness. When I'm Burping i feels little better. What do u think this problem will be related too? This problem is happening since last year. Now i notice that whenever i get toilet & stomach gets empty it occurs. Last year We took consultant of pulmonologist, ENT & Allgeriest/Immunologist too. She is having Allergy problem, but Allgerist said breathlessness is not related to this. I'm tired from last year by taking medicines. No1 is getting the exact Cause of this problem. pulmonologist gave her Sycobreath Foracort 200 inhaler it don't give Relief. Montair LC, Mountair Fx Tablet also didn't worked. We did Chest Xray that is Normal. IgE test showed 558 IgE Level. CBC test are normal. Other thing i noticed when yawning comes i checked my oxygen saturation that shos Spo2 98. Heart rate are in Normal range. I am tired by doing this all treatment. Pls pls help me in this matter. which specialist should i consult now.
