It is the report of ct Liver: - Mild hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty infiltration. No focal lesions. Mild central bilobar Intra Hepatic biliary radicles fullness. Portal vein is normal in course and caliber. Gallbladder: - Distended with thick tumefactive sludge and wall thickening. No sizeable calculus. CBD is dilated and thick walled with two hyperdense foci of size approx 12 and 13 mm at mid part-? Choledocholithiasis with Cholangitis. Pancreas: - Normal in size, shape and attenuation. No sizeable mass lesion. No calcification noted. What should I do sir/ma'am
