Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having too much gas,fullness and loose stool. It started two days back. I'm also having a bad taste in the back of my mouth. I can smell food but can't taste it properly

During this pandemic, it was advised to take zinc supplement, vitamin c and vitamin d for better protection against covid. Query is how long zincovit tablet (make: apex pharma) can be taken safely at one stretch on once daily basis. And after that how long gap to be given to resume the same dose of once daily.

My age is 24, obese and fatty liver. Last SGOT, SGPT- 50,55. I have recently observing, increased flatulence frequency(5-6 times) after 10-15 mins of any meal. This may be a coincidence, but it started after I stopped Nusam 400 OD and Ursocol 300 OD and switched to Saroglitazar 4mg. Does increased flatulence frequency has any relation to stopping these medications or NAFLD/NASH disease progression/symptoms? This increased flatulence is quite uncomfortable and irritating. I have been daily taking 1 Glass buttermilk. Kindly guide further.

I have mild lower  stomach pain both side Since last 5 days  ,also having moth ulcer from last 10 days . visited doctor for the same .Now I am taking following medication Rekool D,tinidazole and sorbitol syrup from last 5 days but have very little improvement. Kindly suggest should I wait and continue current treatment or Consult again

I'm having a sharp pain in the chest that comes and goes. Mostly twice a day from the past 4 days. I have a bloated stomach and also I sometimes feel pain in the back. I'm burping a lot. I previously had problems with gastric but never had pain in the chest. Just the pain in the back. And my family has a history with gastric too. I'm a little bit worried whether it's gastric or any other serious issue.

Everyday when i wake up in morning and spit, I see blood in my salaiva. He blood is watery and not so thick. After few spits, the blood stops and does not come whole day but only in the morning. I don't have cough or pain. Consulted with ENT, he suspects it may be from stomach as recent days I experience uncomfort in my upper abdomen (acidity I guess). Please let me know what could be the cause.

Whatever i ate is looks kept above lever... I do vomit after some time. I am feeling same from last 5-6 days. I am having Pan 40 empty stomach in morning, mucaine gel thrice a day but no benefit. Please suggest.

Dear doctor, i am facing gastric and digestive problem since last year. And each and every evening my mouth stinks like hell. After brushing and flossing the problem still persist. I feel heavyness in my stomach all the time and burp alot. Sometimes i fell pain and burning sensation in my chest. Went to many doctors, did many medication but did not get any fruitful sloution. Please help.
