Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor I am having constipation problem from more than 1 month. I do regular exercise, go for walk after lunch and dinner. Don't eat oily, junk and maida food items. Drink plenty of water and also eat high fiber food still having this issue. I tried all home remedies (drinking lukewarm water, drinking water with "Hing" , drinking lemon/awala juice, etc) but nothing works for me. Then I tried some Ayurvedic "Churn" It gives relief for next day but if I don't take eat then face constipation problem again. Please suggest Thanks in advance

Hi Doctor, Dilated small bowel loops with eccentric mural air foci due to stricture of length 36mm in distal ileum and hydroureteonephrosis due to ureteral calculus of size 11 mm calculus of size of15mm in right kidney. Dear Sir, I recovered from Covid home isolation but after that I am having problem of going to Latrine 4 to 5 times a day I don't have any stomach pain but before going to toilet my stomach start bloating after going to toilet only I feel relax and it is happening mostly after having meal and now it's been around more than 10 days . What should I do or precaution should I take to recover from this problem.

I had fissures surgery 3 months ago So can i drink alcohol now Actually i tried having alcohol yesterday so now i had a droplet of blood in stool and having a bit burning So is it risky or is it normal Plz help

Hi ... Am suffering from acid reflux all the day for past 20days ... And also sore throat, my voice gone oly air coming ... Now am taking pantocid dsr and Sucrafil syrup... Acid reflux reduced but still sore throat n ear pain sply at night times.. What to do to overcome this prob.

He has been belching often before two days . He stopped drinking milk and then he was fine. Now again it has started . We did not take any antacids or medicines . Today we have brought gelicil antacid. Do we have to suspect covid. Iam afraid.
