Hi Iam suffering from chronic Gastritis for 1 year. When I sit for 2-3 minutes tingling sensation starts in my feet. I have irritated tounge and sometimes I feel Weakness in legs. Currently I am on AtoZ multivitamin tablets is it good for body

I took Azithromycin 250 twice a day for 3 days. After completing medication, after 2 days diarrhea started. I understood it is due to antibiotic. Semisolid stool continues 15 days. Then took oflamaxcin & ornidazole and vibact for 8 days. After this medication again semisolid stool. Now taking vizylac thrice a day for 10 days. Everything is taken as per doctor prescription. Is it safe to take vizylac thrice a day? Everything normal in motion test. Is the problem is diagnosed correctly. Any other comments pls.
