Hello There are lot many reasons of post Operative pain after hernia surgery. common among those are local inflammation by mesh and nerve entrapment. Mild pain is common and can be ignored, it ll go of its own. Pain in ur case seems to be because of inflammation of cord as evident from usg report. If its severe you can consult ur treating surgeon and he ll prescribe you some antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
