Hello, My aunt had back to back c-section deliveries approx 28yrs back. Since from that time she has digestion problem, visits latrine 4-5 times a day. Complains about stomach ache during cloudy environment. Doesn't have food because of fear of gastric problem. Her health is deteriorating because of this. Can anyone please help with primary assessment.

Hello Doctor, Everyday mostly in morning after having breakfast urge to go toilet... I have GERD diagnosed in 2012... Lax LES mentioned in endoscopy report... At present I'm not taking any kind of medicine... How to manage this problem? Kindly suggest
