Problem is from 2015 ..it's been from 6 years...first constipation and gas started in 2015 ...then for next 3 months I was unable to eat anything I was feeling like vomiting...upto 2018 constipation gas incomplete bowel movement anxiety continued...from 2018-2019 abdominal pain started then from 2019-2020 severe epigastric burn stated...I stated to take medicine for anxiety from psychiatrist..then moderate relief in abdomen pain was seen...but other problems still exist pls help ...along with it I have sleeping problem. Recurrent upper respiratory tract infection. I beg u pls help what to do From past 10 days I'm on sompraz L bid daily. But still problem exists

I have tested my blood for fatigue and body pain . I found this result. What would be the cause. ALT :- 156 AST :- 63

Two days back I went for an Upper GI endoscopy. Today when I went to toilet I saw a red color dot in school. I thought it was blood but when I poured water in it didn't vanish. Had it been blood it would have vanished. Can upper GI endoscopy cause red blood in stool ? Because upper GI endoscopy reaches till duodenum and had there been bleeding in duodenum due to the grazing of an endoscope the blood would have become black and the stool would have been black in color and then there should have been a black colored on stool. Am I right? Or is it really the complication of endoscopy?

I have drink alcohol 2-3, once a week or 10 12 days but I have do thsi test I'm not drink last 2month My SGOT ast, serum is 49 My SGOT alt , serum is 89 My GGT is 141 And I have gas problem what can I do for fatty liver and gas problem

Dear sir/mam My daughter aged 2 years, having issue in digestion. She eats very less and whenever she eats she tries to vomit out... For this we tried with different food also in case if she doesn't like something but same situation.. Kindly suggest how can we increase her hunger and overcome her habbit of vomiting.. Thanks

My father was affected with Covid 1 month back with mild symptoms and recovered immediately after 1-2 days.However after recovery he has lost his appetite and other symptoms are fatigue and some weakness.We had shown to the doctor and when using the medicines he was kind of feeling hungry but not now.Kindly advise.Which specialization should I opt for?

For past 4 days i am having diarrhoea or maybe loose motions i am passing watery stool most of the time and sometimes its just liquid Although i am hydrating myself regularly but still i am loosing my appetite or whenever i eat anything it feels like i have to go bathroom. For couple of nights i had fever or my body temperature was high for couple of hours but in day everything seems fine and sometimes i feels pain in lower abdomen. I had a outside food on last Friday since then i am facing this problem. I am not loosing my breath i can do little workout and i am working as well only this indigestion is giving me tension whether i am having Covid or not. I am in my home isolation with no one to come up in my physical contacts and my oxygen level is also above 95 % most of the time. Kindly suggest me which medication should i take to improve my digestion and stop this watery bowl movements.

Two Months before I drunk alcohol and slept in empty stomach next day I had tighter poop with blood and lot of pain later doctor diagnosed fissure and ano but past two weeks I have stomach cramps heartburn blood stains in poop and left chest pain sometimes??
