  4. Regarding ibs. Alternative for colmint?

Regarding ibs
I have ibs. Cramps and gas in lower stomach. Constipation too. My doctor prescribed colmint tablet ( 1 1 1) before meal. I am not able to get the tablet anywhere. I am not able to contact the doctor because of lockdown and clinic is also shut. Is there any alternative for colmint?

PepIBS capsule is the alternative to Colmint. but IBS needs a complete treatment protocol to follow...u need to consult.
