I am suffering from heartburn and gas problem. My body is unable to release gas from the body though i am taking proper medication and i am getting little pain around my stomach

During walking a shooting pain starts from upper and goes to middle of stomach no other symptoms  occures from last 15 days.please help I have done ecg,ultrasound and cbc lft but its normal

Everyday post lunch Gas develops in my stomach. The Gas keeps increasing with time and followed by the occasional release of gas thru the mouth and colon.
