Constupation
I am having constipation form 2, 3months ,due to which lower hip pain in right side occurs . Always feels like i have to pass stool . Taking isabgol and some fibrous vegetables like beetroot and cucumber and apple but it helps temporary . Feels like stiffness around the lower hip area.

Stomach related.
Hello doctor. I finish my dinner at 8.30 pm & go to bed after 11. 30 pm . Around 2 or 3 o clock at night getting burps & feeling uneasiness from 15 days not taking anything spicy. For 2, 3 days in beginning I got mild stomach pain, 2 vomitings & 2,3 bowel movement & heart pain. I  lift 3, 4 buckets of water daily.
