My sister has been suffering from gas problem since two months. She has comparatively more problem of gas in the morning.Her gas emanate through mouth with loud sound. She did fast on thursday and on friday My mother had loose motion 7 to 8 times within 2 hours. She took ofloxacin. No work. Then again she took brakke. After that it was okay. Portal vein is normal in course and caliber. Gallbladder: - Distended with thick tumefactive sludge and wall thickening. No sizeable calculus. CBD is dilated and thick walled with two hyperdense foci of size approx 12 and 13 mm at mid part-? Choledocholithiasis with Cholangitis. Pancreas: - Normal in size, shape and attenuation. No sizeable mass lesion. No calcification noted. What should I do sir/ma'am
