Hi I have been  suffering with stomach cramps,sticky yellow loose stools,stomach pain and inflammation after eating, lost weight upto 8kgs in a 25 days,weakness... Took online consultation in practo doc has suggested rifagut 550,dortin-m ,providac, pantop dsr ... After using this medication for 8 days I was okay had non-veg and again started same problem went for another consultation they given ad 100,oflox -oz,flora but still face same please suggest what exact problem I'm facing help me out

I am having gas issues from last few months. Earlier it used to be twice thrice a month but not from past 15-20 days it's happening like every other day. When gas develops them I am not able to burp and it feels like it is stucked. I have got RCT done at both sides and cap is pending due to which I am not able to chew so well but not sure if this could be the only reason for Gas. I got covid 45 days back and I am fine now . I take pan 40 sometimes but not regularly. Even after taking pan 40 I do not feel completely fine.. still some heaviness. Can you please help and suggest what should I do so as I can atleast get burps. Thank you

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from bloating issue since 2015. I consulted with gastroenterologist and took endoscopy twice in different hospitals between 2017-18. The 2017 impression was GERD and the 2018 was lax LES. I took medicine for about two weeks and stopped it. Until April 2021, nothing happened to me. I was perfectly fine. But due to this lock down period l never went out side and never had a single day exercise. Almost one and half years I have been undergoing sedentary lifestyle. Always on bed using mobile phone. No single activity. For the past two weeks, it again started to bloating. Digestion is irregular. Passing excessive gas. But there is no pain or burning sensation anywhere in my stomach all these years. Does sedentary lifestyle really cause bloating? Note: I do smoke and consume alcohol.
