Lower Anterior Intersphincteric Fistula - Fistulectomy Is Done

Lower anterior intersphincteric fistula

Fistulectomy is done on 11th june, fistula opening was 12 O clock position inside and outside, after surgery I'm seeing puss and even gas coming from surgery wound when I furt, is it normal.pls suggest the possibile time of puss or drainage stops. Pls suggest any inputs. Having sitz with betadine 10% three times a day.
