I have one fistula in ano ...What are best treatment ..
Is ksharsutra is better than anorectal surgery or vafft .. what is laser treatment for fistula .
Please guide.

I case of fistula in ano only surgery is only option of treatment.. every surgical procedure has it's pros and cons...vaft is a newer technique...for that you consult the surgeon who is doing it..claims that minimal injury to sphincter muscle...but it is expensive tech.. other wise the surgery for fistula in ano is routine surgery.. surgery Mainly depends on location of external and internal opening of fistula... suggestion is don't delay
