Incomplete evacuation
I have been facing incomplete evacuation from 45 days. The stools are soft but very little come out . Everyday I wake up with a uncomfortable feeling in the morning. Tried laxatives prescribed by doctor. I eat lots of fibre and drink 10 glasses of water.

If this problem has arisen since last 45 days only...n you were perfectly alright before that...then most likely you r having IBS ( irritable bowel syndrome)...stress/anxiety/Recent Viral Infections/ Intestinal bacterial infection/ worm infestations in ur intestine/ some new food item introduction in ur diet/some medication recently started) all these can be the causes. For the proper evaluation one should talk one to one basis.
