Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi , I'm facing right side chest pain from last 4 days . I can't eat anything and even drink water. It's like burning and even consulted several doctor but not any results. So kindly do the needful

Pain at the lower extreme right side of the stomach with blackish stool...done ultrasound and impression was 'Visualised large bowel loops shows feature of acute colitis change along with adjoining areas of few regional enlarged lymph nodes seen". Done stool test with result occult blood- negative reaction,and bacteria increased and pus cell 1-2/HPF. Been taking medication for around 17 days but no improvement. What to do?

Mostly 10 to 15 days of every month, I am having heart burn and burn feeling at upper portion of stomach. It happens after dinner in mide night or sometimes after breakfast.

My grandfather is facing degestion problem . 3 days before he was facing loose motion so i gave narflox and darolac. Today is 3rd day without tiolet.

I am 36yr old boy. My problem is sometimes drops of blood while in latrine. No pain in stomach. Sometimes I feel pain in anus but not while bleeding. Drops of Blood mainly comes when loose stools comes with stomach biting (like dysentery) and I can feel something comes out and goes in when I stand from anus. Blood comes separate not with stool. Also blood not comes regular. Sometimes twice a month when I go to latrine more than 1 or when there is loose stool. Please advise. I am very in anxiety.

Bulging of stomach after every meals Discomfort during night sleep due to bulging and unable to eat

I am at my relatives house one month ago , there i eat only paranthas not chapati and my schedule of eating is not good there was no time of eating food. sometimes we eat junk foods some time paranthas and no sleeping time will be there. After i came home i have some pain issue in stomach like gas pain , i go to medical store and say my problem and they gave me some medicines but after taking medicines it was relief , but some days after i thinking my stomach is paining after that my stomach was aching again and again whenever i think , and now the situation is like this whenever i eat outside food my stomach is like full of gas and my stomach is aching . It feels like someone is putting air in my stomach . i am 23 years old , can i never eat outside foods ? this problem will be permanent ? What to do pls help ?
