Having bloating issues since few days.gas starts to develop towards evening and thus body temperature rises a little.have lost my appetite..even if hungry cannot eat much as feeling of fullness arises.. there's stomach ache as well in the lower abdomen which comes and goes when theres gas..having bad breath as well...i have an history of IBS and was diagnosed with malena previous year..i am also suffering from haemorrhoids and fissure with skin tags and mucus discharge.

My son having chronic dry cough since 3 months COVID test negative No fever no wheezing Initially treated for allergic cough No improvement chest x ray clear CBC done easonophil 10% IGE done 290 Then treated for GERD with PPI Sompraz D40 After 7 days dry cough stopped and perfectly normal Once stopped medicine again dry cough started Please suggest what to do?

Is there any medicine which can improve liver function of chirrosis. Patient other than ursocol... ..
