Hello doctor. I finish my dinner at 8.30 pm & go to bed after 11. 30 pm . Around 2 or 3 o clock at night getting burps & feeling uneasiness from 15 days not taking anything spicy. For 2, 3 days in beginning I got mild stomach pain, 2 vomitings & 2,3 bowel movement & heart pain. I  lift 3, 4 buckets of water daily.

Hello sir/mam, Myself vishal tribhuvan, please be informed that my dad is not feeling well. doing vomiting after eating food. He is a diabetic patients his sugar is 230 mg/dl. I had a laparascopic surgery for rendure appendix on 26 may and I had a drain for two days I had a pain on my abdomen then ultrasonic scan was taken the say it's is fine and I discharge on 2 Jun still I have a mild pain moving on my abdomen

Hello, My aunt had back to back c-section deliveries approx 28yrs back. Since from that time she has digestion problem, visits latrine 4-5 times a day. Complains about stomach ache during cloudy environment. Doesn't have food because of fear of gastric problem. Her health is deteriorating because of this. Can anyone please help with primary assessment.
