Plzz help how i can reduce it ... i always have home food and also go for 1 hr walk everyday so plzz help me maintain it

Suffering from Recurring mouth ulcers since 2010. Diagnosed H Pylori gastritis and Functional Bowel Disease in 2015 at CMC Vellore. Though after taking all medication my Recurring Aphthous ulcers problem still going on. Only few Pre Pro biotics help to heal quickly and prevent to come quickly. That's all.

I delivered a C - section baby 10 days back and was tested covid positive on the day of delivery with No symptoms at all . It was hard motion when i passed motion on 6th day and now I'm passing motion once in a day from 2 days daily. It's a bit watery motion now. I'm drinking milk and water daily. Anything I need to take care of? Thanks

My brother aged 28 years was diagnosed with appendix 6.1 mm last month however in another ultrasound, it size got reduced and doctor said it will get cured over medication, his crp results was 14.35 and also experiences pain in chest sometimes,where he was prescribed a metablocker after sinus tychardia in ecg,chest pain has reduced but still there is little pain, also has thyroid having 100 mg tablets od,in ultrasound he has also been diagnosed with fatty grade liver 1,please suggest should he get vaccinated with any covid 19 vaccine.or should I wait for sometimes, is it completely safe to get him vaccinated

My brother aged 28 has increased c-reactive protein resulting to 14.38 and also have increased heart beats, is it safe for him to get vaccinated with covid vaccine?or should I wait until it gets normal ?please suggest
