I was suffering from constipation 15 days before . I started doing walking in morning as well as in the evening. I have got relieved from constipation but I m having heavy gas formation and gas also does not pass out easily . I have also faced heavy weight loss . Please suggest some remedies

I am having very bad gastric problems and a small lump popping up on the left rib below chest and it goes away when laying in bed straight or resting, pains a lil when pressed

I've a tingling sensation in mid upper abdomen between the belly button and sternum. It is not pain however. I was diagnosed with Sinusitis and was on the attached medication. Ever since I started antibiotics I have diarrhoea. I started the meds last Monday and stopped taking them this Sunday. Condition has worsened over time, I need to go to the loo after every meal. Problem is loose stool and stomach pain. I have been taking Yakult since I started medication, it hasn't helped. I also had Covid in April and has stomach issues then too Thank you for your help
