Why do i have lump between anus and vag?

Hi, I am having haemorrhoids, it pains alot while passing stool. I have also developed a lump which has increased between my vag and anus. I remain constipation frequently. I am also facing heavy hairloss and got baldness at some area.

Hello, im sure if u r saying that u have haemorrhoids after confirmation with ur doctor. The lump can be the pile mass or it can b skin tag (due to fissure in ano) The main reason for piles/fissure is constipation Take all the measures to avoid constipation 1. Plenty of water 2. High fiber diet 3. U can consider taking laxatives of needed
