Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello Doctor, I had severe pain on my right abdomen. Consulted Gastro, advised Mebril SR and Pantac DSR. Also advised Scan. Scan report says Fatty lever. My Gastro said my complaints due to intestinal movements. My doc did not explain me this even when I asked to explain. Would you please help me understand fatty lever and intestinal movements.

Since last night my father is having acidity and his stomach is upset . At night his body temperature was 102.3 and oxygen saturation was 97 From today morning his body temperature is 96.3 and oxygen level is 96 still having stomach problems Please give some suggestions Is there any thing to worry Is 96 .3 body temperature normal ?

I am suffering from B12 defiency but doctor told me that my small intestine Does not absorb B12. So he suggested me b12 short for one weak and weakly once and monthly once for year and then he suggested for yearly three b12 shorts for life long i am following since 6yrs so plz suggest me alternate solution

My aunt is 65 yrs old and has fatty liver grade 2.. The doctor did not give any medicine.. Is this serious? Does it need treatment or just diet modification? She has to undergo gallbladder surgery in October.. Will it be safe for her? She also has CKD stage 2

I recently recovered from covid 2 weeks back. From last 2 days I am getting frequent burps and nausea. Due to nausea getting cough as well. I had little stomach burn as well. I took Pantop D and Aristozyme capsules for 2days. Stomach burn is reduced but still burps nausea and cough are there. Can you please suggest.

I have been under  treatment with a doctor from Asian Institute of Gastroenterology , Hyderabad. Is this right medicines for duodenum ulcers ?? As after taking these medicines I feel being restless.
