Dear Sir/Madam, I had a severe heartburn , since I did not take afternoon meal n was having my meal around 6p.m. or 7. Also having errupt. Kindly suggest.

I have IBS since 5 years and have vitamin b12 and D deficiency so doctor has prescribed me the tablets..after taking tablets I fee uneasy in the stomach,hard stools totally I don't feel normal...how can this issue be solved?is any other way to take the supplements??should I stop tablets if am not feeling well?

Hello doctor, I have been suffering from bloating issue since 2015. I consulted with gastroenterologist and took endoscopy twice in different hospitals between 2017-18. The 2017 impression was GERD and the 2018 was lax LES. I took medicine for about two weeks and stopped it. Until April 2021, nothing happened to me. I was perfectly fine. But due to this lock down period l never went out side and never had a single day exercise. Almost one and half years I have been undergoing sedentary lifestyle. Always on bed using mobile phone. No single activity. For the past two weeks, it again started to bloating. Digestion is irregular. Passing excessive gas. But there is no pain or burning sensation anywhere in my stomach all these years. Does sedentary lifestyle really cause bloating? Note: I do smoke and consume alcohol.

Sir i had a treatement of NAFLD during feb-march and i was prescribed by my doctor to take VITAMIN B12 injection after treatment(in early April) which i forgot. I want to know that should i take injections now or not to take Also i had tested for cyanocobalamine in February and the levels were much higher i.e (>1500 pg/ml ) Also i am suffering from hairfall Please guide me sir
