I am suffering for gas and acidity problem since long time (7-8 years). Specially After having any meal if I go to bed and sleep , the gas start developing and stoma the bloating happens. Tries Ayurvedic remedies , Eno , Pudin hara and many antacids but no permanent relief. It is badly affecting sleep and work

From past three months I have loose motion. It is watery ( atleast three times a day) and I will be having upper abdominal bloating with light pain. I showed to doctor, he told it is because of gas and gave me medicine, for few days it was fine then again I have this issue. What to do... Can anyone suggest a permanent solution. Do we get diarrhea if we do not have proper intake of food... Do we get diarrhea because of stress... Please someone prescribe a tablet where the loose motion stops for timebeing... Please... I feel tired, sleepy, inactive most of the times

I have been diagnosed with hital hernia during endoscopy. doctor suggested me to take somoraz L and there is reduction in burping . Doctor told that hital hernia will become normal(Stomach will come down) if I change my life style. Will stomach move down with some exercises?

Since this morning, I have been experiencing little pain at exactly 2 inches away from belly button at the left side. It's more like at particular point as it goes up when pressurise it with my hands or try to food it from surrounding. It's not severe but I can feel it. What could be it? Hi doctor, everyday it takes half n hour for stool evacuation..stool is normal..it is neither too hard nor too soft.. Initially the ready stool which is S shaped pass out immediately without any strain..but later stool comes in parts due to which i have to strain for complete evacuation..im confused is it normal to take so much time for evacuation or any constipational problem because everyday i pass my stool..
