I have been treated with h pylori...and I have gastris too ..after completing the prescribed course I am again feeling nauseas how can I treat gastris permanently

I am having lower abdomen pain from last 7 months no constipation no diarrhoea or no bloody stool nothing only lower abdomen it happen all day but ease down in till evening. My upper endoscopy is normal i attached my ct report no weight loss doc gave me ibset pain is get lesser now but not gown completely

I have got problem of acidity and feel bloated most of the time after meal. since one year I m facing this on & off. I got Covid in April. I am continuously on medication. If incase I missed medicine for 1 or 2 day my condition becomes worse. Now taking ganaton total and Gaviscon if required in case of severe reflux. I m not overweight and follow healthy lifestyle. I m worried because I m taking this medicines since one year.

I feel like there is something struck in my chest after eat some food items like chocolate and drink soft drinks. After that, there is also too much of burping. I did consult an gastroenterologist earlier in April and he prescribed me Sompraz-L capsules and Gaviscon syrup and it improved my condition but it came back now again and that doctor is not available at the moment. This is a recurring condition. Please suggest a permanent solution.

I am 35 years old. I am a computer engineer. I have 8-9 hours sitting job. I feel gassy all the time.  I want to fart within short span of time durIng job everyday. But office is so silent all the time so i cant make fart noise. Moreover because of AC,  windows and doors are closed always so fear to release fart smell. Even toilet is inside office so fart noise can be heard clearly to outside colleagues. So cant dare to fart inside the toilet. 12 employees are there in office. I am so restless all the day. It affects on my work performance. What to do.? Any genuine help will be appreciated. Thank you.

My mother was suffering from gallstones of small sizes,she had laproscopic cholecystectomy about 2 months back. But she still suffers from a lot of abdominal pain mostly in right side specially at night . She also gets rashes in her body around the time of pain. Her ultrasound ,lft reports are normal. What to do.

Yesterday mom started vomiting immediately after dinner and had severe head ache, along with too many burps. This has happened twice in a week. Urine test says her urinary microalbumin is 63 ug/ml and urinary albumin to creatine ratio is 52.8 ug/mg of creatine. Creatine 120mg/dl.

Hello Dr, I am facing issues with digestion for past 2 year.initially I had grade a esophageal but now it is cured.now my digestion problem almost 80% cured but I have noticed that almost everyday i am feel vibration and bloating in my stomach especially around 1.30 Am to 3 Am.i didn't take sleep it wil not happened.it will happing while I am sleeping.i am also having the fatty liver and my weight is 68 Kg and height 151 cm.so please review my report and let me know is this any kind of serious issue or not.Thank you in advance

Since a few days I had a bit of gastric problem which was later okay and after 2 days I got fever which lasted only for a day but during this only diarrhea started. I had Entroquinal tab(2 tablets) and later sporlac(2 tablets). But now a bit of stomach is also paining. Now the fluid excreted has reduced but I need to again and again. Last I had medicine was in the morning after that didn't had any medicine.
