Stomach Problems & Remedies

During menstruation period I have to go latrine  after taking food juice anything. Is it normal or matter of concern. Each and every time when I take breakfast lunch or dinner I have to go bathroom within an hour.

Yesterday I had severe gas pain, and it was sudden( 0 to 100 in 10 mins). The pain was excruciating, and I almost had to be taken to the hospital but I puked twice and the pain gradually subsided in 6 hrs. Felt like my stomach was about to burst and the feeling was similar to child delivery. I couldn't touch my stomach because it pained whenever I did. Although the gas pain isn't there, but the stomach still hurts upon touching. I think the walls of the stomach has been ruptured. Or can there be any other underlying disease. The feeling of the stomach being bloated is still there. Kindly suggest, doctor.

Hi, I'm facing a lot of belching and bloating post covid. I've been told it is just that bacterial flora that has been disrupted which will sort out with time. Only medicines will give symptomatic treatment but won't treat the underlying problem. I've been asked to have VSL #3 daily till it solves and a multivitamin to prevent weakness. For the early satiety I've been asked to take a prokinetics which will help but again it is only for symptomatic relief. Wanted to know how long dysbiosis takes to solve and whether any other intervention is needed?
