Hi, I got my CBC done which shows lymphocyte at 43 and Absolute lymphocyte count at 3.20. Rest markers are within limits. I am having some stomach problems like acid reflux and upset stomach( probably due to IBS). Are these markers fine if other markers of CBC under limit?
