I'm having difficult stools from three days and it was painful and saw blood coming out too ..what to do?

Hi doctor, everyday it takes half n hour for stool evacuation..stool is normal..it is neither too hard nor too soft.. Initially the ready stool which is S shaped pass out immediately without any strain..but later stool comes in parts due to which i have to strain for complete evacuation..im confused is it normal to take so much time for evacuation or any constipational problem because everyday i pass my stool..

Hi, I was having stomach pain from long time. 6 months back I was put under an endoscopy and doctor found h-pylori infection and it damaged LES. So he asked me to take HP kit for 14 days. After that treatment I did not get the stomach pain for almost 4 months(previously it used to come every month or so). But now again same symptoms started(Stomach pain and same pain radiates to my back). What should I do now ? Please suggest. Thanks
