Hello doctor, Myself 32 years old male with no past medical history/ not undergoing any treatment is facing indigestion with bloating,farting, stomach gurgling sound, some time feeling heaviness in upper abdomen after having meals( lunch/ dinner) even with non spicy plain simple food( rice, dal, curry, fish). It is continuing for last 10 days. It is hampering my daily life. No exercise, since it's work from home but I ensure to have healthy home made food, very rarely outside food /junk food I consume.
