1.5 months back I got diagnosed with grade 2 fatty liver. Ang my sgpt was 145.started taking urcosol 300 and vitamin e tablets and sgpt got reduced to 48 , so is my fatty liver got cured?

Pull in the stomach near navel
Is it normal for a 13 yr old girl to have pulling pain inside the stomach near the navel? The pain is not severe but recurring. It started around 6 months ago but appears for 3 or 4 days a month but doesn't seem to be related to her periods. Kindly advise.
