I have this weird burp feeling in my chest that gas is stucked , i can't burp to revele the gas, when I tried food is coming back to my throat and am farting also, after I burp my chest feels ok Blood tests are normal

Hi..i had covid 4 months before and csection 5 months before..i am having continuous burping like 100 to 200 in a day..and sometimes i feel dizzy while burping..headache stiffneck is also there .i took medicines for burping after consulting a doctor..but it did not reduce..what to do

I have had stomach ache in post covid phase in april . now from last 7 days i have had diarrhoea after eating spicy food . whenever i eat outside food i get stomach pain my bowel movement is also changed i see undigestive food and smeely poop . what can be the reason ?

Hello doctors, I usually go every day once in the morning for motion and never had any problem. I was able to clear my bowels completely. Since 1 week I'm observing that, my stool is watery and I feel like I'm not able to empty my bowels completely. I'm eating perfectly whole day, but my motion is very very less and watery and I can sense that incoming and outgoing is abnormal. Just like everyday routine after waking up, I can sense of going to bathroom like usual but as I told it's just watery. No stomach pain. Past history: 1) went to village a week ago and had local water for 5 days, after coming back home the problem started like this. 2) it's been 3 months got recovered from COVID. Pls suggest me what to do and if any medicine pls prescribe it ... Thanks
