What is the best medicine for deworming in adults?  and what is the dosage required to take for deworming

Hello, I have gerd disease ,can I take gaviscon syrup after covid vaccine. I mean one day after vaccine. Or should I wait for 5 days to take gaviscon. Regards mohd

I had laproscopic appendectomy in June 2021 and in July I developed enteritis, with severe diarrhoea and was hospitalised. I'm attaching my report of CT SCAN. Please interpret this what the report is trying to say. As I'm quite worried about the enteritis with appendectomy.
