Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I am feeling acidity and burning sensation in my stomach from last 3 days. Kindly tell me any solution. From 7 aug i consulted a doctor from practo regarding INDIGESTION & INCOMPLETE EVACUATION OF BOWEL. So he suggested rifagut , Vsl 3, Looz graules fiber for 10 days though this now solved. But i feel acidity.

I am experiencing stomach ache and frequent need to defecate for a few days after I started doing some abs and belly workout. My question is, is this condition normal? If yes, how long will it last and what medicine or diet do I need for this. Please know that previously had gastric issues and acid reflux too. But with proper diet and yoga I am much better now. Yet for some days right after the abs workout I am facing stomach upset.

I had pizza and mithai(sweets) last night and today morning i am having very watery stools and foul burps ...what is the reason and what to do ...any medications???

Once in a week i am getting diarrhea from about 2 months. Unable to track down what's causing it. Is it dietary or something else. Also sometimes suffering from bloating and upper stomach discomfort. Did a CBC,LFT,KFT all parameters were normal. Attaching picture for better reference. Please help I suffer from health anxiety too. It is making me anxious as i am thinking it's something serious. Hi, i have pain in mid and left stomach past 4 months that increases after I eat, drink or poop. Recently I noticed blood on few occasions and since past 2 days I noticed only brown orange mucus while pooping and lots of it. Is it anything serious?

Today my whole day I had food from restaurants and had couple of beers an hour ago and now I am experiencing very bad loose motions should I take any medication even after I had couple of beers or should wait before I have any medicines also my stomach hurts and loose motions are getting worse
