Mild antral gastritis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am having gastric problem from last 5 months, before 3 moths in endoscopy test it show Mild antral gastritis. burping is non stop continuous , sometime stomach paining, weight loss, feeling weakness and tiredness continuosly. I am taking pan 40 , bt it is not effective. Please suggest some medicine and food diet. Thank you.

Hello, Please don't give a gap of more than 4 hrs between meals. Stop pan 40 and take Deltone 60mg once daily in empty stomach. This will give you a good relief. If bowel movements are irregular Please take duphalac 25ml at bed time.
