Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have stomach pain and gas from about 2 days also I am having fever and body pain. I also have a lactating baby.

Have to go for toilet as i eat anything.. In a day have to go for toilet6 to 7 times . Little bit pain remain in stomach...

I'm 28 I have been suffering from loss of appetite from past 3 years ,I have been to different doctors but no body could tell anything, I have belching all the time but gut feels numb and I couldn't have food properly ,I couldn't eat basic items like rice and curd and I feel gas is filled in esophagus and I feel choking while I'm sleeping sometimes my stomach feels so heavy that I feel I might die in sleep , I have booked an h pylori blood test I feel I have gastric cancer I don't know what tests to take any reply would be helpful

Earlier i dint had any problem with dairy products but gradually i had started facing problem in digestion dairy products and now a days even a half cup of milk is giving me problems such as bloating, gases , stomach pain Please give me some medication

Having elevated levels of Sgot and Sgpt levels.Usg showing Enlarged liver.Dont consume alcohal..height is 180 cm and weight 84 kgs..history of loss of appetite.on modified low oil diet now and doing 12 km walk on regular basis now. Kindly suggest.

I am having higher Liver Enzymes and Increased Bilrubin, No any other problem । Last test was on yesterday।

For last 3 months I am having continuous pain in my chest . I remember it started 3-4 days of excessive eating of sweets and  maagi etc. I am on antacid and pantoprazole for past 3 weeks. The pain increases and decreases on its own ,even if I don't take spicy food. I have no regurgitation. Nonstop 24 hour pain, which increases when I try to converge my chest or lay or sit with full cheat stretched. Yes I have burping. What is this disease and why this not healing ? Even if I touch my chest in middle from outside , it hurts. No stomach pain or acidity. When will this disease heal ?
