I have been diagnosed with mild gastritis recently. Does gastritis cause headache.i m suffering from headache from last week. My sleep pattern is also disturbed.pls suggest remedy

4 days back I had my ksharasutra treatment for my fistula in ano. Could you please suggest a diet plan for quick healing and free bowl moment. Currently I am on semi liquid diet, facing lots a irritation due to gas as I am in mostly empty stomach.

I have problem of constipation and acid reflux as whenever I eat something my stomach and throat starts burning I am taking all the precautions which I know but still not getting any relief . Because of this so many pimples are also visible on my face . I have also undergone medication of this but didn't get much relief . I was advised to take sompraz d 40 tablet And acotiamide 100 tablets but once I stopped them the problems again started to occur . Kindly suggest

I had laparoscopic appendectomy 5 days back and was discharged from hospital 3 days after surgery.I am able to pass urine normally but still didn't have bowel movement.Is it something serious?

I was diagnosed by Hpylori and erosive gastritis in october, Was under ppi for three months empty stomach then i took Hp kit for 14 days amoxicillin, levofloxacin and ppi. For two months it was good but again problem started even after taking ppi empty stomach daily. I did endoscopy again but everything was normal only lax les. What shall i do please help? Its an year i am taking ppi daily. Doctor please help.. Please check both the endoscopy reports.

Hi Doctor. It has been two days and I have been feeling pain in the anus area. Unable to pass stool. Whenever I go to toilet to pass stool, extreme pain is what I feel. However, no bleeding was observed. Also having fever.

I have been prescribed rabeprazole and domperidone since a year now. I have relatively large hiatus hernia and functional dyspepsia, but NO reflux. Should i continue these meds or is there other way possible? Can my dyspepsia and acidity be  due to hiatus hernia?
