I keep aciloc rd at home. Whenever I have taken some outside food in excess, and feel gassy, bloated, nausea or belching, I take one tab and it gives relief. Is it a bad habit to take this as it might happen I take 3-4 times a month. Or shall I keep gelusil in place of aciloc.
